Man, I lost two consecutive A-A all ins yesterday. Bad bad beat.
Good sunshine ^_^
A-A? pocket ace?i just got too lucky that night...skill hasn't sharpen since you left.
Better lucky than good. Check out this hand: I called the small blind with 6-7 off suit, got 4-5-8 on the flop, making the nut straight. After two people raised (A-A) and re-raised (Q-Q), I went all in.Ready to triple up... instead, it comes 4-A on the turn and the river to give A-A a winning full-house.Though I was very happy with this hand.
as discussed, pocket high pairs didn't raise on pre-flop, leaving your off suit 6-7 to stay. that's their mistake. and with a 4-5-8 ugly pre-flop, an all-in bet looked more like a low two-pairs than a straight. they're confident that one ace or one queen on turn or river would make three-of-a-kind. i'm sure it's a very exciting hand!can't wait to gamble with ya in aug!!!
