自偷拍 @ singapore art musuem... Back from Singaopre last nite! Had a lot of good time there by just reading besides the pool, staying at bookstore, getting cheap clothings and shoes; without worrying being recognized or followed =)

Dear fans, I know you guys are worrying about the magazines reportings... I'm fine, just hated the fact that they call me 肥明 (as it sounds like some mid-age 大肥佬 nick name) >.<

and that wasn't my boyfriend!

many ppl have been asking me about this news report:

袁彌明昨日行騷時身型明顯發脹不少，簡直是脹到沒有腰，對此，她解釋道︰「因為我有季節性失調病，每逢冬天荷爾蒙就出問題，令我不停想吃東西及睡覺，所以到冬天我就會肥廿磅，但到夏天又會自然消瘦。」
袁彌明自發育期就患此病，這十年間看過不少中、西醫生，但都不見效，最近又嘗試做針灸，希望可以將病根治。她又說：「以前未入行就無所謂，但入行後要成日見人，就像昨日（前日）的花卉展，我也不敢做模特兒，因自知狀態不好，現在唯有希望有纖體公司看中我，找我拍廣告啦！」

it's a true report; but you guys no need to worry as i've been seeing doctor and getting the right treatments. this illness is called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD); you may find more info online if you wanna learn more of it.

right now i'm taking chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment( i tried 針灸,拔罐 and 刮沙<--痛到喊!); meanwhile i'll try to take a couple of short trips to Singapore to get more sunlight that regulates my hormones. need your emotion support the most to cure this illness! =)

生綺夢痔有暗財

當年周星馳在電影《賭聖》中迷戀腋下有痔的綺夢，見痔已暈陀陀！袁彌明亦有粒「綺夢痔」，楊天命指這是好痔：「面無善痔，見光的非好痔，不見光的屬好痔，俗稱禾稈襟珍珠。袁彌明呢粒痔指佢有暗財，自己收收埋埋好多錢，仲會有人送錢畀佢。」

i've never looked this bad ever in my life... =(

the worst thing is that day was a photo competition where hundred of participants took over 5000 pix of me in this look. sigh....

one good news:

I'm starting a new drama called<<通天幹探>>. I'll play a role as a CID (police)!
this will be my first appearence in 時裝.
