the cold weather, the grey sky, and the freezing rain have been making me really really sick.

i really believe nobody in this world feels the cool air as sensitive as i do. i've been doing absolutely nothing except staying home to read and watch tv unless there's work. i take my heater with me everywhere i go like walking a dog. i've quited running for almost 2 weeks already (as i only run in park and not on machine.) never felt warm except when i'm asleep. refuse to get changed or take shower unless i must.

but how can i complain when i turn on the news and take a look at those people in guangzhou. they've been waiting to go home in the outdoor for almost a week!

  3. 冇辦法啦,因為南方沿海關係,濕度大,所以感覺會好涷,尤其仲落埋雨,更加涷到不得了,不過係屋企要保持空氣流通,唔係好易會病架,各位小心身體啦,^^

  7. Com'on, you're a hardened veteran of Northfield, MA. Nine degrees? Pffft!

    If you want to raise your body temp, soak in a hot bath for 10 minutes at night, then wrap yourself in blankets for 30 minutes. Do this twice/three times a week and you won't be cold during the day.

    Also consider soaking your feet in hot water nightly before bed.
